TFCC Injuries: Ulnar-Sided Wrist Pain and Physiotherapy

TFCC injuries can cause pain on the little-finger side of the wrist and difficulty bearing weight through the hand. Physiotherapy is planned around joint stability, appropriate protection and progressive restoration of movement and load tolerance.
