Fascial Techniques Training

Hands-on training for physiotherapists

Fascial Techniques

More than a sheath around muscle.Fascia is a richly innervated tissue that transmits force and glides between its layers. In this training, we study fascia through its anatomy and learn its assessment and techniques region by region.

About the training

Before moving to practice, the training examines fascia in light of current anatomical and histological knowledge: the structure of superficial and deep fascia, hyaluronan enabling gliding between layers, fascial innervation and behaviour under load. Assessment steps and techniques are then taught hands-on, region by region.

By the end of the training

You will be able to:

  • relate the structure and clinical significance of superficial and deep fascia to regional anatomy,
  • assess fascial tissue through observation, history and palpation,
  • perform local and regional fascial techniques in five body regions.

Practical information

  • Participants receive a training booklet.
  • Comfortable clothing is required; shorts are mandatory for the lumbar and lower-limb sessions.
  • A certificate of attendance is provided; under current regulations it does not confer any official authorisation or specialist qualification.
  • Coffee breaks are free; accommodation and meals are not included.
  • A deposit is taken once the minimum number of participants is reached; the balance is paid on the training day.
  • The venue is shared in the WhatsApp group after registration.
